Cardinal Health is seeking a Director of IT Program Management (Enterprise Infrastructure PMO) to lead high-visibility, enterprise-scale technology initiatives. You will drive execution, governance, and partner alignment across functions, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals.

The role requires 10+ years of complex program leadership, executive communication skills, and experience with vendor management. This remote, nationwide role travels to HQ in Central Ohio as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs or strategic initiatives with tangible results.
• Ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen.
• Experience presenting to senior executives on high-visibility initiatives.
• Experience managing strategic vendor and consulting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-critical initiatives with executive visibility and end-to-end ownership.
• Coordinate across business and technology to identify dependencies and risks.
• Establish governance, accountability, and sustainable delivery practices.
• Direct and influence project managers across multiple workstreams.
• Advise senior leaders on initiative health, decisions, and opportunities.
