Job summary

The State of Wisconsin’s Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP) seeks a Technical Operations Supervisor in Madison, WI. You will lead a skilled technical team, oversee enterprise infrastructure, and coordinate response to incidents to ensure stability for statewide court operations.

Responsibilities include design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of on-premises and cloud systems, disaster recovery planning, and collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in IT infrastructure.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior-level IT infrastructure role.
• Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure design, architecture, and frameworks across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Excellent knowledge of core IT operational and technical functions, including infrastructure, systems, networking, cloud services, and service delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of data center infrastructure, architecture, operations, and management practices.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, coordinating project teams, and organizing resources to achieve defined objectives.
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency methodologies and technologies.
• Experience applying quality assurance methodologies and practices within an IT environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, build effective working relationships, and foster teamwork.
• Knowledge of business functions and technology requirements within the Wisconsin Court System, or the ability to quickly develop such knowledge.
