Job summary

The Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP) for the Wisconsin Court System is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Technical Operations Supervisor. This role leads a skilled technical team supporting statewide court operations, with responsibility for IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Availability expected starting January 10, 2027 at the earliest. Location is Madison, WI, with potential partial remote work depending on position and unit needs.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in IT infrastructure and senior IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and coordinate teams toward objectives.
• Knowledge of data center operations, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resiliency.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams and understand court system tech needs.
