Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to own and advance the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, identity management, endpoint security, and data protection. You will partner with our MSP to ensure security, resilience, and scalable infrastructure across offices, facilities, and active job sites.

You will design, document, and improve infrastructure standards, policies, and governance while supporting incident response and project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
4+ years in IT infrastructure administration with Microsoft 365 focus.
Experience coordinating with MSPs and managing enterprise security controls.

Responsibilities

Own design, administration, and improvement of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
Manage identity lifecycle, MFA, device compliance, and secure access policies.
Coordinate with MSP on incidents, changes, and project execution.
Maintain security baselines, backup/recovery, and governance controls.
Produce posture reports and support disaster recovery planning.
