Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve the Microsoft 365 environment, identity management, endpoint management, and network security. You will partner with the MSP to set standards, drive security improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals while supporting multi-site operations.

The role requires 4+ years in IT infrastructure, strong M365/Entra ID expertise, and experience with Intune, DR planning, and incident response.

Qualifications

4+ years of IT infrastructure administration experience.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including tenant-level configuration and governance.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience with Intune device management, security baselines, and endpoint protection.
Experience administering backup and disaster recovery solutions and DR testing.
Experience coordinating MSP relationships and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, Entra ID, and Intune configurations.
Coordinate security controls, incident response, and MSP collaboration.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and change records.
Lead security posture reviews, tabletop exercises, and risk-based remediation.
