Job summary

In this role, you will ensure customer service excellence, provide IT support, and manage incident tickets effectively. You’ll work with a team to resolve IT issues and support user needs, including desktop and laptop support.

Qualifications

• Shall possess a TOP SECRET w/ SCI Eligible security clearance.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Help Desk support using ITIL and ITSM.
• Submit tickets for all reported incidents.
• Provide onboarding and provisioning of new accounts.
• Support mobile device requests and troubleshooting.
• Manage the implementation of an enterprise knowledge base.
