Job summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled IT support specialist to deliver customer service and technical support for DoD environments. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain forensic laboratory desktops, VTC, and AV systems, addressing inquiries and ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications include an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and DoD IA baseline security certs (Security+).

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance and current DoD security baseline certification required.
• Experience with SBH-A desktop images and DoD baseline configurations.
• Familiarity with incident documentation and disaster recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support for DoD requirements and inquiries.
• Provide daily local help desk support for configuration and maintenance of forensic lab PCs and AV setups.
