Job summary

cb20 is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Jersey City, NJ. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users, both remotely and on-site, and handle ticketing, diagnostics, and user assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, chat, email, or tickets.
• Document user information in ticketing system.
• Triage and resolve issues; escalate as needed.
• Support laptops, workstations, iOS and Android devices.
• Configure and install software on end-user devices.
• Maintain and update client documentation.
• Ensure backups and proper incident/change logging.
