Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Helpdesk Contractor in Camden, NJ to provide frontline IT support and manage ticket flow via call, chat, or email. You will collaborate with various teams to implement IT solutions and document resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology support.
• Associate's degree preferred in information systems or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support via phone, chat, or email.
• Create and manage IT tickets; document problems and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other domains to develop IT solutions.
• Escalate issues to Level II/III when needed and track resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge base and ensure data privacy considerations.
