Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Administrator to provide end-user support across multiple locations, troubleshoot Windows and mobile environments, and deliver exceptional customer service. This onsite role supports onboarding, asset management, executive-level support, and IT projects.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in help desk/desktop support and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; certifications such as Network+ or ITIL are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, business applications, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, networking, and application issues for local and remote users.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and senior leadership.
• Provision, deploy, configure, and replace laptops, desktops, and related equipment.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and account management.
• Support conference room and video conferencing technologies.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to IT projects and process improvements.
