Job summary

Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide traditional FP&A support to the Information Technology department, including quarterly forecast support, monthly actuals vs forecast analysis, and business case decision support.

The role partners with IT leaders to translate priorities into financial insights, supports month-end close, and helps drive strategic investments and cost optimization across the IT portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, or similar.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for IT portfolio and cost centers.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts for IT cost drivers (outside labor, software, cloud, infra, services).
• Analyze actual performance vs budget and forecast; highlight variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with IT leaders to translate priorities into financial impacts and insights.
