Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking an IT Accounting Analyst in Plano, TX to manage the month-end close, reconcile data, and ensure accurate US GAAP reporting for IT spend. You will collaborate with IT and accounting teams to provide reliable financial information and support internal controls.

The role requires a four-year degree, strong accounting fundamentals, and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS) with relevant work experience.
• Strong basic accounting understanding and expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• CPA license or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting activities including the month-end close process.
• Review and reconcile month-end data reports for journal entries.
• Evaluate accuracy and reasonableness of financial information.
• Prepare and record journal entries for US GAAP reporting.
• Support IT projects to ensure proper accounting treatment and controls.
