Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability planning and analysis across business segments.
• Drive expense planning and departmental spend analysis.
• Develop and deliver timely financial reporting for business unit decisions.
• Support annual financial plan development and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and executive materials.
