Toyota Material Handling North America invites applications for a Financial Analyst. Join our Heavy Duty team to support manufacturing, operations, and distribution with profitability analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

You will partner with operations and supply chain leaders to translate data into actionable insights, develop the annual plan, and present monthly results. Hybrid schedule with in-office Tue–Wed in East Chicago, IN and remote Thu–Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting or planning.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability planning and analysis across multiple business segments.
• Drive expense planning and departmental spend analysis.
• Develop and deliver timely financial reporting for decision-making.
• Support annual financial plan and forecasting activities.
• Present monthly reports and executive-level materials.
