Job summary

The Greentree Group in Missouri is seeking a Senior Financial Management Business Analyst to support IT financial management for federal clients. You will assist the Program Manager in leading spend plans, IAA oversight, and multi-year budgeting aligned with FPAC’s complex shared-cost model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years federal IT financial management experience.
• Strong understanding of FPAC-style shared cost models and financial data calls.
• Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems.
• Experience with USDA preferred.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Responsibilities

• Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi‑FY spend planning.
• Produces monthly statistical reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics.
• Ensures timely updates to the BOB Financial Database and related reporting.
• Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking.
