Job summary

N2IA Technologies is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a federal customer with financial management, cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cloud cost management. This role requires collaboration across finance, acquisition, contractual, and technical data teams to drive accurate cost analyses and informed program decisions.

You will develop IGCEs, ROMs, BOEs, and cost models, monitor expenditures and funding levels, and produce recurring financial reports and dashboards using Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, cost estimating, budgeting, program control, financial management, or similar analytical work.
• Experience supporting federal government programs, contracts, acquisitions, or financial-management activities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, data reconciliation, and analytical reporting.
• Ability to analyze financial and technical information and translate findings into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support federal budgeting, financial planning, execution tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide financial analysis, cost control, customer pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and recurring financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze expenditures, obligations, funding levels, burn rates, and projected financial requirements.
• Monitor cloud account budgets using automated scripts and investigate unexpected expenditures.
• Develop cost estimates for new requirements, changes to existing requirements, technology investments, and cloud workloads.
• Support development of IGCEs, ROMs, BOEs, cost models, and other analytical products.
• Analyze historical cost data, labor rates, schedules, and other cost drivers to develop defensible estimates.
