Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance/related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management, budgeting, forecasting, or reporting.
• Ability to coordinate financial activities across multiple projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of governmental budgeting, internal controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor operating budgets, forecasts, and spending plans for IT programs.
• Provide financial analyses, variance reporting, and revenue/expenditure insights.
• Prepare reports for executive leadership and federal reporting requirements.
• Maintain standardized financial templates, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Review contracts, expenditures, and funding across multiple sources for compliance.
