The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CPIC experience with federal programs and excellent communication skills. The role involves validating business cases, analyzing spend plans, and ensuring alignment with EVM techniques. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 – $115,000 and requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CPIC experience with federal programs, USDA experience preferred.
• Ability to capture information for IT Portfolio business cases and develop required work products.
• Experience in the Acquisition Approval Request process, including drafting Cover Memos.

Responsibilities

• Develops and validates business cases and data supporting investment health.
• Analyzes spend plans to correctly align investment projects.
• Ensures EVM approaches align with development models.
