Qualifications

• 8+ years of CPIC experience, strong knowledge of OMB A‑11.
• Experience mentoring analysts and leading gate review preparation.
• Ability to set priorities and direct team effectively.
• Familiarity with FBC business case structures.

Responsibilities

• Interface with federal Capital Planning leadership.
• Oversee development and quality of Business Cases.
• Ensure alignment with OMB guidance.
• Manage Strategic Planning and Budget Formulation.
