Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in project finance across multiple efforts; forecast and track labor costs; assist invoicing and collections; analyze actuals, committed and planned costs; responsible for EAC creation and analysis with operations/client.
• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports and ensure project financials are accurate; keep the customer informed of funding issues in advance.
• Assist in contract communication and financial analysis regarding forecasts, funding, burn rate, etc.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, manage cost, materials, milestones, staffing levels on high-visibility projects.
• Maintain internal controls and policies per contract requirements, accounting standards, and procurement processes.
