Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and products including Windows, Windows Servers, Office365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex system hardware, software or networking problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and translate tech terms for non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT infrastructures and systems.
• Analyze planning, design, and evaluation of IT tools.
• Respond to user requests for system needs or upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Implement standards for operations; maintain OS and related software.
• Schedule, perform, and monitor backups and data recovery as needed.
• Document systems and user guides; plan new platforms and integrate new tech.
• Conduct cost analyses and evaluate new technologies.
