Responsibilities

• Installs and performs minor or basic repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment following specifications.
• Maintains records of daily data transactions and remedies, and escalates unresolved issues.
• Provides end-user technical support via phone, email, and in person.
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommends solutions under supervision.
• Sets up equipment for employee use and ensures proper installation of cables, OS, or software.
• Refers major hardware or software issues to vendors or next tier for service.
• Collaborates with team members to resolve IT issues and improve processes.
