SRS Acquiom Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Support team.

The role focuses on internal desktop and cloud app support, hardware issues, and maintaining network infrastructure across office locations, with a mix of macOS and Windows devices. You will support colleagues, troubleshoot laptops and mobile devices, and contribute to documentation and new projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with macOS 10.14+ and Windows 10/11, Office 365, Google G-Suite, and iOS devices.
• Strong listening and communication skills with non-technical staff.
• Ability to configure Windows and macOS and use related admin tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for macOS and Windows devices (majority macOS).
• Manage tickets from intake to resolution using a ticketing system.
• Perform end-user training on macOS and company software/hardware.
• Diagnose issues and collect data to identify root causes and performance problems.
• Test, deploy, and upgrade software, hardware, and procedures.
• Maintain staff inventory, accounts, and offboarding records.
• Engage with vendors to research issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain equipment inventory to support onboarding.
• Assist with cloud/app provisioning and secure printing management.
