Ascend Analytics is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our Boulder, CO office. This full-time, on-site role supports daily operations for local and remote employees, focusing on Windows laptops, Office apps, onboarding, and help desk tasks.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage inventory, and contribute to IT projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with solid communication and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• At least 2 years of full-time IT support experience or related certificate.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, including Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with a standardized ticketing system and documenting resolutions.
• Excellent technical writing skills for user-facing documentation.
• Ability to follow established methodologies while identifying process improvements.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High integrity and reliability.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level technical support by responding to IT help desk tickets the same day.
• Assist with onboarding including account setup and training on PC apps.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows laptops for employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs and peripherals.
• Maintain inventory and manage remote updates using REFTAB.
• Participate in projects by defining tasks, timelines, and execution.
• Perform software and OS upgrades as required.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using best practices for timely resolution.
• Monitor and respond to support emails (Entara) as time allows.
• Maintain IT ticketing system, knowledge base, and logs.
• Prepare laptops for deployment and ensure functionality.
• Set up and maintain business networking equipment and Wi-Fi.
• Oversee IT training portal to ensure onboarding and training completion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
