Job summary

Greystone Technology, a New Charter Company, seeks a Technical Engineer to deliver dedicated technical support for a client. This role is based in Boulder, Colorado with onsite work required.

You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, networking, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint technologies; manage tickets, document client interactions, and maintain SLA adherence. Travel to local client locations is required, with cross-team collaboration to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows).
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues (password resets, installs).
• Ability to install and support peripherals (printers, monitors).
• Strong client-service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Curiosity to learn independently and work with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Managed Services clients.
• Manage support tickets and document client interactions per service delivery processes.
• Respond to requests within SLA, aiming for 30-minute responses.
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Travel to local client locations as needed for onsite support.
• Collaborate across service lines to provide a seamless client experience.
