Job summary

Dijital Team Pty seeks an experienced Level 3 Engineer and Microsoft 365 Specialist to design and strengthen internal technology platforms. You will deliver high-quality technical support across a diverse small-business client environment.

Responsibilities include designing and improving internal IT systems and providing L1–L3 support, with hands-on work in Intune, Conditional Access, Autopilot, and Purview. Flexible remote work and wellness benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in IT engineering, systems administration, or technical support.
• Demonstrated Level 3 capability in Microsoft 365 with hands-on Intune and Conditional Access.
• Strong documentation, communication, and IT service-management skills with a proactive, self-directed approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and continuously improve internal IT systems, tools, and service-delivery capabilities.
• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support, including incident triage and incident management.
• Implement and administer Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Purview environments.
