Job summary

Location3 is seeking a motivated IT support specialist to manage our Microsoft-based environment and serve as the internal technology lead. You will handle the help desk, user access, and coordination with external partners while ensuring security and seamless daily operations.

Based in Denver, this hybrid role works remotely with occasional in-person collaboration at our Glendale office; compensation ranges from $63,500 to $85,000, plus a company bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in IT support, help desk or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Microsoft certification required or expected within defined period after hire.
• Intune, Defender, Purview, PowerShell or Microsoft Graph a plus.

Responsibilities

• Internal IT support and help desk across hardware, software, account access, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and connectivity.
• Microsoft 365 administration and user access: profiles, mailboxes, distribution groups, Teams access, SharePoint permissions, Entra ID, license assignment.
• New hire setup and offboarding: account creation, device preparation, first-day readiness, and offboarding procedures.
• Systems, security and vendor coordination: routine maintenance, asset tracking, and coordination with MSPs and telecom vendors.
• Documentation and process improvement: internal IT docs, user guides, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
