The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Microsoft-centric environments, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft-centric environments, preferably in an MSP context.
• Experience in troubleshooting authentication, mail flow, and connectivity issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide general desktop, user, and hardware support.
• Perform proactive system maintenance including backup solutions.
• Support network and server functionalities while ensuring good documentation.
