Travel across North, Central and South America is required. This senior role emphasizes escalation, consulting, mentorship, and continuous improvement, influencing product feedback and service delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience with card personalization and issuance environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
