Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, sales engineering, or related roles.
• Ability to present technical info to business and technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to explain tech to non-tech stakeholders.
• Broad technical knowledge and ability to articulate value of enterprise software/hardware.
• Knowledge of OS, networking, web/client/server environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to meet customers and support sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams as the technical consultant for Central Issuance solutions across the territory.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations for Entrust offerings.
• Provide solution design guidance and technical recommendations to sales and customers.
• Develop and deliver presentations, demos, proposals, and proofs of concept.
• Answer technical questions and show how Entrust products fit into customers’ infra.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for pre-sales responses.
• Review new product releases, features, and schedules with sales.
• Gather feedback and share insights with design and production teams.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and client proposals.
