Job summary

Blockchai, a global crypto company, is seeking a Senior IT Engineer in Dallas to support a fast-paced, worldwide workforce. You will provide white-glove IT support for executives, enforce security, manage devices, and oversee core SaaS platforms while coordinating global office setups and AV systems.

The role emphasizes independent ownership, strong networking and macOS expertise, and a proactive mindset to enable teams to work efficiently across borders and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or systems engineering.
• Strong security practices and hands-on networking.
• Experience with Meraki or similar enterprise networking.
• Proficient in macOS and Google Workspace admin.
• VIP/C-suite support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience with MDMS (Jamf) admin level.
• AV hardware experience for conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support to all employees, including VIPs and executives.
• Implement security best practices and train staff.
• Maintain and provision hardware/software for a global workforce using MDM and ABM.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and provisioning of devices.
• Support setup and management of infrastructure and office builds.
• Administer core SaaS platforms (Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password, Google Workspace, A BM).
• Assist with AI tools adoption and admin-level guidance.
• Manage office networks, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems.
