Reflection AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer to manage a broad range of IT operations with high autonomy. You will support executives and staff across macOS/Windows, implement SSO/MDM, and drive security initiatives while partnering on new office builds.

You’ll shape processes, onboard new hires smoothly, and own SaaS management and office infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. This role is office-based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Tier 1/2 IT support.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role with executives and engineers.
• Ability to navigate complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Experience with macOS and Windows (Linux a plus).
• Proficient provisioning users via Rippling and Okta, onboarding/offboarding automation.
• Okta SSO setup and SaaS integrations.
• Familiarity with MDM like Jamf/Kandji/JumpCloud.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT support requests for a fast-growing team.
• Define and implement efficient IT systems and processes.
• Provide white-glove executive support.
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees to support rapid growth.
• Assist design/deploy of IT systems (MDM, SSO, ticketing).
• Support IT security initiatives including hardware security key rollout.
• Manage SaaS platforms and spend.
• Assist with office builds and AV/network/security setup.
