Job summary

Playlist is seeking an IT Engineer to lead strategy, configuration, and scaling of our global Apple and Windows device fleets using Jamf and Intune. You will develop runbooks for future M&A scenarios and ensure our endpoint fleets align with security baselines through iterative improvements.

Qualifications

6+ years IT Engineering in fast-paced environments.
4+ years managing MDM tools (Jamf Pro, Intune).
Proven ability to automate processes across Cloud SaaS platforms.
Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

Drive the strategy, configuration, and scaling of Playlist’s global Apple and Windows device fleets using Jamf and Intune.
Develop and maintain runbooks for future M&A scenarios—ensuring scalable and secure device management.
Ensure endpoint fleets meet security baselines and implement iterative improvements.
Support integration planning for systems related to mergers and acquisitions.
Own and manage technical projects—requirements gathering, task tracking, stakeholder communication.
Partner cross-functionally to resolve technical or workflow friction points.
Participate in IT Engineering shields rotation to support escalations.
