Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) Endpoint Solutions - Engineering is responsible for the management and security of the global Apple device fleet, including macOS, iOS and iPadOS.

You will help plan, deploy and maintain endpoint management systems and infrastructure. The role requires hands-on expertise with Jamf and Intune, strong scripting skills, and experience with provisioning and enrollment workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing macOS via Apple MDM protocols (macOS, iOS, iPadOS).
• Experience with Jamf and Intune in mobile device management.
• Experience with software and OS patch management.
• Scripting experience in Z Shell and Bash; comfortable with command line tasks.
• Familiarity with Apple Enrollment and provisioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement endpoint management systems and infrastructure.
• Support production operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
• Lead and complete projects with guidance from senior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and leverage new technologies.
