Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support a modern technology environment for a distributed workforce. You will administer Google Workspace, manage identity and access, and strengthen security across Windows and macOS devices.

You will also build automation tools, enhance AI-assisted workflows, and maintain backup and disaster recovery planning. The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, secure remote access, and collaboration tool support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions, including SSO and MFA.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Knowledge of DNS management, email security, and remote access technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace environments and security controls.
• Manage identity and access management including SSO and MFA.
• Maintain DNS records, domain authentication, and email security technologies.
• Develop scripts to automate routine IT operations and reporting.
• Monitor security posture and respond to incidents and audits.
