Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of information security or related technology experience.
3+ years hands-on IAM experience including SSO and PAM implementations.
Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server.
Knowledge of cloud security principles and controls.
Experience with security assessments, operations, and engineering.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Microsoft and AWS cloud environments, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Develop and manage access control policies, authentication services, and identity governance solutions.
Design, engineer, and deploy identity integrations using SAML, OIDC, and modern authentication protocols.
Implement and support SSO, MFA, PAM, and certificate-based security solutions.
Advance workforce, privileged, and machine identity security capabilities.
Evaluate business requirements and security risks to propose effective technical solutions.
Serve as senior escalation point for IAM security controls and technologies.
Collaborate with IT teams to address vulnerabilities and strengthen security posture.
Participate in incident response, problem management, and operational security activities.
Provide occasional off-hours support for critical incidents and major implementations.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic security initiatives.
