Victory Live, a technology company backed by private equity, is seeking an IT Engineer to maintain and enhance its IT infrastructure for both on-site and remote staff. Qualifications

• 7+ years IT support, systems engineering, or related

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace (Gmail) users, security, routing, retention
• Manage IAM with SSO (Okta) and MFA integration
• Configure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM) for reliable email
• Set up VPN and remote access for distributed teams
• Oversee data backup/recovery and disaster planning for Google Workspace
• Enforce Google Workspace security policies and DLP to protect data
• Manage Google Meet, Drive permissions, and collaboration settings
• Monitor systems with logs/audit reports and third-party tools
• Provide cross-platform endpoint support (Mac/Windows) and BYOD policies
• Integrate third-party apps with Google Workspace and evaluate security tools
• Develop automation/scripts to streamline provisioning and reporting
