Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains software deployment packages using PDQ and Intune.
• Manages enterprise patch management using Intune and PDQ.
• Provides Level III support to Service Desk and resolves issues.
• Serves as SME for project needs and team members.
• Tracks device performance and delivers solutions to improve service quality.
• Participates in End User Technology selection for hardware/software/peripherals.
• Identifies training opportunities to boost productivity.
• Mentors Service Desk team members.
• Creates documentation for ServiceNow Knowledge.
• Participates in on-call rotations and supports during off hours.
