Job summary

Facade Today is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to upgrade and maintain enterprise infrastructure. You will support Windows systems, Microsoft System Center, and Microsoft 365, collaborating with IT teams and customers to address incidents and requests.

The role requires strong teamwork and independent work skills, with a primary work-from-home arrangement and occasional on-site support in Minnesota. Experience in ITIL processes and cloud upgrade projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated operation and maintenance of Windows in an enterprise environment (min 5 years).
• Strong experience with Microsoft System Center products (min 5 years).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 platform (min 5 years).
• Ability to work in a team and independently (min 5 years).
• Candidate must reside in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade infrastructure systems and related components (Windows, System Center, Microsoft 365).
• Assist IT teams and customers with ITIL-based incidents and requests.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure systems (Windows, networks, Microsoft 365).
• Serve as an infrastructure contact on application and cloud upgrade projects.
