The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT pre-sales and infrastructure design, strong executive communication, and a track record of delivering high-quality drawings

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT pre-sales engineering and infrastructure design.
• BICSI RCDD certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software and Excel, with deep domain expertise in IT Structured Cabling and low-voltage systems.
• Senior-level written and verbal communication, executive customer service skills, and a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Driven, self-starter work style, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level ROM budgets and complete comprehensive sales proposals.
• Partner with business units and client leadership to drive technology design discussions and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Spearhead the development of preliminary system design drawings, construction documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
• Produce and modify architectural CAD drawings to integrate ICT infrastructure.
• Oversee design engagements for AV and collaborate with senior engineers across disciplines.
