Job summary

Neteffect in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled IT Consultant/Engineer to support our client base. You will troubleshoot complex user issues, document actions, and collaborate with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced MSP environment.

The successful candidate will have MSP experience, familiarity with Kaseya/ConnectWise/LabTech, and strong customer service skills while maintaining professional communication with users and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience providing Managed Services to the SMB market.
• Experience with remote monitoring and management infrastructure (Kaseya, ConnectWise, LabTech).
• Microsoft Certified Professional status and strong knowledge of supported software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user problems over the phone, via remote control, and onsite as needed.
• Document all activities accurately and maintain records.
• Manage, maintain, troubleshoot and support users' networks, equipment, software and services.
• Learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
