Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the North America IT team. This onsite role provides hands-on technical support to employees, maintains workplace technology, manages local infrastructure, and partners with global teams to deliver a high-quality end-user experience.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in corporate IT support, strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, and solid networking basics.

Qualifications

• Experience providing onsite IT support within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, printers, and end-user device troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN, and structured cabling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards and meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for incidents and service requests requiring physical intervention.
• Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, meeting room technology, and related peripherals.
• Deliver high-quality support for Microsoft 365, Windows environments, standard applications, and workplace technology.
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities including deployment, inventory management, refresh, repair coordination, and decommissioning.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of networking, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, cabling, and local infrastructure components.
• Support technology deployments, office moves, upgrades, and other local IT projects.
• Provide professional support to employees at all levels, including executive and VIP stakeholders, with clear communication and follow-through.
