Job summary

Cardinal Health in Hudson, WI is seeking an experienced IT Client Support professional to deliver Tier 1-3 end-user assistance for software, hardware and warehouse technologies onsite at the Hudson Pharma Distribution Center, with travel to nearby sites as needed.

You will diagnose incidents, configure devices, provide training, and partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable operations across multiple locations in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, including travel to Wabasha, MN.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in related field preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft 365, AWS desktops.
• Knowledge of warehouse printers and barcode scanners preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1-3 IT support for end users onsite.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving hardware, software and network.
• Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Configure and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and warehouse tech.
• Occasional after-hours support and travel as needed.
