Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an IT Client Services Specialist to provide Tier 1–3 end-user support at the Hudson, WI Pharma Distribution Center, serving multiple Minneapolis–St. Paul area locations with travel to Wabasha, MN.

The role covers software, hardware, and warehouse device support, collaborating with internal teams and vendors. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, configuring workstations and printers, managing tickets, and delivering strong customer

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in related field preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments (Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft 365, AWS desktops).
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware, OS, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience with warehouse technologies such as printers and scanning devices preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, and network configuration.
• Confers with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS problems; determine source and priority.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, inventory and support workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install and remove hardware and software; address user tickets within SLAs.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients and follow up to ensure systems are functional.
• Work independently or in a team; support in-person, phone, or remote.
• Travel up to 25% to other facilities as needed.
