Job summary

ECS Federal LLC is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to drive high-value IT capture initiatives from our Fairfax, VA office. You will lead cross-functional teams in shaping strategies, pricing, and proposals for opportunities over $100M, interfacing with senior executives to win strategic contracts.

The role demands strong communication, a proven record of successful captures, and the ability to influence decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, 5 years in BD/Capture.
Experience winning prime IT opportunities above $100M (cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data, enterprise transformation).
Strong deal qualification, capture strategy, customer collaboration/shaping, and teaming skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external executives, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

Work with BD, account leads, and Sr Leadership to capture qualified opportunities.
Lead development and execution of the Capture Plan (Win Strategy, Price to Win, teaming, investments).
Lead customer influencing strategy, requirements interpretation and solution generation.
Lead stakeholder management and keep Leadership Team informed and engaged.
Develop customer relationship management strategy and engage senior executives in strategy execution.
