Job summary

Builders FirstSource seeks a Principal Analyst, IT - Business Systems Analysis to lead Order-to-Cash processes and related systems. You will work across business units, product, engineering, and finance to translate strategic needs into scalable solutions.

You will establish standards, manage complex initiatives, and mentor analysts while driving continuous improvement across BFS’s OTC landscape and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in business systems analysis or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes including billing, pricing, contracts, and installation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, Project Systems, Vistex or similar platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and scalable solution design.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements, roadmaps and technology solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems, integrations and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC process analysis, design, and transformation initiatives across BFS.
• Serve as the functional and solution leader for OTC processes and systems.
• Build partnerships with business, product, engineering, finance, and external partners.
• Translate strategic needs into scalable process, data, integration and tech solutions.
• Define capabilities, future-state processes, and technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate solutions balancing business value, risk, cost, and scalability.
• Mentor analysts and guide complex problem resolution across OTC landscape.
