Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a Lead Analyst, IT - Business Process Management to drive optimization of Order-to-Cash processes and system solutions. You will translate operations needs into scalable processes, collaborate with business and technology teams, and guide design, testing, and release readiness for OTC capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in business process management, business systems analysis, or technology-enabled process transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional process analysis, requirements, design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash or related enterprise processes (pricing, order management, contracts, billing, rebates, AR, cash application).
• Experience with ERP and integrated enterprise applications, data, interfaces, reporting, and controls.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Sales, billing, pricing, contracts; SAP Signavio or similar process tools; Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant OTC process and technology initiatives through design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering, finance, and vendors to define priorities and practical solutions.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, systems, and controls to identify gaps and opportunities for standardization.
• Translate needs into process models, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops for customer, pricing, order management, contracts, billing, rebates, and reporting.
