Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst specializing in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) to lead end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, strong functional and technical skills, and experience with SAP CS for service management. You will coordinate with IT and business users on testing, documentation, and training, while providing post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience.
• Expert in SAP OTC ECC and end-to-end processes.
• Experience with SAP CS (Customer Service).
• Experience creating functional specs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Knowledge of data migration with LSMW and Excel data analysis.
• Familiarity with ABAP concepts and collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OTC solutions for global and regional projects.
• Perform OTC configuration and support across components, including sales order processing, ATP, pricing, tax calculation, billing, shipping, serial number management, repair service sales, rebates, variant configuration, credit management, service (CS) and integration with MM, FICO, WM.
• Act as primary contact for interfaces with satellite systems such as SAP C4C, Salesforce, E-Commerce, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new functionalities to improve efficiency.
• Serve as Level 3 support for SAP OTC enhancements and support teams.
