Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP OTC (ECC) best practices and configuration.
• 8+ years of SAP experience.
• Familiarity with ABAP concepts and cross-module integration (MM, FICO, WM).
• Experience creating functional specs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Proficiency with data migration tools (LSMW) and Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OTC solutions for global projects.
• Perform OTC configuration and support across sales order processing, ATP, pricing, billing, and related modules.
• Act as primary interface for SAP C4C, Salesforce, E‑Commerce integrations and middleware.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Provide Level 3 support, testing, and post‑go‑live knowledge transfer.
