Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant practical experience.
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related field.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business, functional, and user requirements.
Analyze workflows and business processes for improvement opportunities.
Develop creative solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
Coordinate process changes, system enhancements, and product implementations with test plans.
Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to map data flows and system interactions.
Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate design sessions with stakeholders and project teams.
Establish acceptance criteria, testing frameworks, and standards.
